Customers must:
Remove vehicles, furniture, trash bins, decorations, and fragile items
Close all windows and doors
Ensure access to work areas
Notify us of any damaged or delicate surfaces
Customers must provide access to a working water source unless otherwise arranged.
Services may be delayed due to:
Heavy rain
Storms
Extreme cold
Lightning
Unsafe working conditions
We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow.
We are not responsible for:
Chipped paint
Loose siding
Unsealed brick
Old or deteriorated surfaces
Oxidized paint
Landscaping damage caused by customer failure to clear the area
Soft washing reduces risk, but old surfaces may still react.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will review and address the issue.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
