1. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Exterior home cleaning

  • Commercial pressure washing

Services may vary depending on availability and location.


2. Pre-Service Requirements

Customers must:

  • Remove vehicles, furniture, trash bins, decorations, and fragile items

  • Close all windows and doors

  • Ensure access to work areas

  • Notify us of any damaged or delicate surfaces


3. Water Usage

Customers must provide access to a working water source unless otherwise arranged.


4. Weather Conditions

Services may be delayed due to:

  • Heavy rain

  • Storms

  • Extreme cold

  • Lightning

  • Unsafe working conditions

We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow.


5. Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Chipped paint

  • Loose siding

  • Unsealed brick

  • Old or deteriorated surfaces

  • Oxidized paint

  • Landscaping damage caused by customer failure to clear the area

Soft washing reduces risk, but old surfaces may still react.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will review and address the issue.


7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
